Digital Service Provision
The digital service platform provides two 4th level digital services to the citizens concerning responsibilities exercised by the Financial Department. The platform uses the “Auth module” created by the General Secretariat of Information Systems to provide user authentication.
Impacts
This digital service platform was implemented earlier than the ICC initiative, to provide the guideline to upload more services to the platform, using the same technology for the front-office, as well as the same business model for the back-office.
All this effort, we believe, could have a value towards the achievement of the stated ICC ambition of Ioannina to enhance digital services provision for citizens.
