MUV transforms safe, sustainable and smart mobility into a sports game.
Through MUV mobile app, cities, organizations and brands can push the transition toward more sustainable habits, at the same time, through the mobility data collected, get support for mobility decision making and, thanks to an ISO 14064-2 certified method, certify CO2 savings. Mobility data gathered and anonymised is released as operable open data to help research, civic engagement and activism.
How does MUV work?
It's simple: download the free app , available on the Android and iOS stores , and start playing.
You earn points for moving sustainably - walking, cycling, using public transport or sharing a car.
Moving around the city becomes a real sport and citizens are transformed into athletes of sustainable mobility. Training, challenges, weekly rankings, team tournaments to get on the podium and win prizes, discounts, participation in exclusive events offered by sponsors.
All collected data are anonymized and shared in the form of open data to stimulate the debate on active mobility and influence the process of activating urban policies that are focused on sustainability and citizen-friendly (and not car).
