Dubrovnik, the Pearl of the Adriatic, is a city of rich history located on the Adriatic Sea in southern Croatia.
It is one of the most famous tourist destinations in the Mediterranean Sea and the center of Dubrovnik-Neretva County. Its total population is 42,615.
In 1979, the city of Dubrovnik joined the UNESCO list of World Heritage sites.
In 2015 Dubrovnik was first Croatian city with Smart City strategy adopted by city council.
After that many projects in the area of digital transformation and Smart City concept were carried out.
